Using a combination of didactic learning and interactive activities specifically: case studies, group learning and role play participants, will understand the importance of income diversification and the various types of funding available as well as calculate their organizations revenue source percentages to examine viability and sustainability.

Learning Objectives:

  • This session will define the importance of sustainability and income diversification and the role of internal stakeholders.
  • Examine and calculate revenue source percentages of organizations in attendance.
  • Identify additional sources of revenue generation through the utilization of a case study of an AIDS Service Organization with a diversified revenue base.
