This session will showcase four grantees with multiple funding sources that successfully utilize various funding sources to meet the housing need of the area HIV population.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will learn some best practice models to increase coordination acress Federal, State, local, and private funding sources to meet the housing need of HIV populations.
- Participants will recognize innovative ways to improve staff and client retention through continuing education and knowledge sharing.
- Participants will gain increased access to resources related to meeting the housing needs of HIV clients.
