Carla Goad is currently a Health Planner/Evaluator with the Contra Costa County Health Services Department's AIDS-STD Program. She has served as a monitor for the Ryan White Part C Program since 2009 and as the HIV Testing, Prevention, and Partner Services Coordinator and monitor of Part A services since 2001. In this capacity she provides technical assistance to agencies using ARIES, oversees local actions related to the ARIES Data Improvement Plan and has written and trained staff on the protocols for Part A Medical Case Management. Carla has worked in the field of health for over 21 years with adults and youth through program development, evaluation, and direct client service. She holds a master's degree in Clinical Psychology/Sport Psychology and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
