Sandra Lloyd graduated from the School of Nursing, University of Pittsburgh 1978, and received a Masters in Health Education, Penn State University 2008. She has in excess of 20 years of experience managing health care staff and being involved in the creation and implementation of budgets for profit and non-profit programs. She has been working in the field of HIV/AIDS for the last 14 years; initially as a Program Coordinator of an urban clinic that received Part B and C funding and currently as a Ryan White Project Officer in the Division of Community HIV/AIDS Programs.
