Angela Fulwood Wood, MSW, Chief Operations Officer, received a MSW from Howard University. She has had experience designing and managing HIV prevention and treatment programs since 1992. She has considerable expertise in the areas of program development and implementation, program evaluation, quality assurance, and training. She is actively involved in the design and implementation of HIV prevention and treatment programs in the District. Ms. Wood is a member of the protocol team for the Test and Link to Care study (TLC), a member of the DC Cross Parts Collaborative, and the FMCS site Principal Investigator of the DC Data Cohort study. Additionally, she is responsible for the design and implementation of our nationally recognized HIV testing programs at the Department of Motor Vehicles and Income Maintenance Centers.
