Dr. Ramers is the Medical Director of NW AETC ECHO. He is a clinician-teacher at the University of Washington School of Medicine and oversees the Madison (HIV) Clinic’s satellite clinic program. He maintains a large, mainly Spanish-speaking patient panel, has clinical experience in the US, Mexico, Cuba, Guatemala, and Tanzania, and has developed HIV-related curriculum for the Ministries of Health in Angola and Mozambique.
