Daniel Tietz holds a BA degree from the SUNY Empire State College in business, management, and economics. He is the AIDS Program Manager for Consumer Affairs. With 12 years of experience as a consumer (patient) advocate in the New York State Department of Health’s AIDS Institute, Mr. Tietz has worked to develop, implement, manage, and evaluate policies and programs for People Living with HIV.
