HIV Prevention Specialist/Bridge Leadership Program Associate – Del’Rosa Winston started with SisterLove as a volunteer. In 2009 she was hired to coordinate the Positive Women’s Leadership Program. She has six years of experience in Black women and STD/HIV/AIDS health issues and providing case management to substance abusers. She was honored in 2009 as a SisterLove 20/20 Leading Women’s Society leader. She serves as a leader among her peers in prevention, treatment education, advocacy and counseling. She is an openly HIV+ woman who is responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to engage and involve HIV+ women in leadership and advocacy activities at SisterLove and throughout the world.
