Don Kyles is a data management consultant for the AIDS Community Care Team, the Ryan White Title II fiscal agent for Hawaii. He is formerly the Director of Information Technology for Life Foundation, Hawaii's oldest and largest AIDS service organization. With over 20 years experience in the HIV/AIDS services field, Don was instrumental in the implementation and development of ReggieHAWAII in 2000, and part of the development and deployment of e2Hawaii, the current state-wide data collection and reporting system built on eCOMPAS by RDE Systems, LLC.
