Edward DeBortoli is the Coordinator of Contract Management for the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Bureau of Infectious Disease, Office of HIV/AIDS Prevention and Screening Unit. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1985. Prior to moving into Public Health administration/program management he worked as a Coordinator of Youth Services/Youth Development in alternative high-school as well as other non-profit settings.
