Evelyn Byrd Quinlivan is the Medical Director for the Infectious Diseases Clinic at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received a MD degree from Duke University in 1985 and completed an Infectious Diseases fellowship at UNC-CH in 1993. She has worked in Ryan White programs since 2000, as a director of Part C and Part B programs and as a SPNS investigator for Prevention with Positives, Oral Health, Women of Color and Systems Linkages to Care Project Initiatives.
