Ms. Bustamante has served as the Project Director for the Ryan White Part D program in San Antonio since 2005. The Ryan White Part D region covers over 47 counties in South Texas. This region covers the Mexico/Texas Border and rural communities. The population is predominantly of Mexican heritage. Ms. Bustamante has more than 20 years experience in the HIV/AIDS field.
