Marisol Gonzalez is from the Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center in Chicago, Illinois, where she is the Principal Investigator for the SPNS Women of Color Initiative and is the Director of Prevention & Education. She has been in the HIV/AIDS field 17 years in the capacity of clinical care, research, prevention, education, and program development. As the Chair of the Bilingual Clinic Steering Committee, she was responsible for the implementation of the Bilingual Clinic at the CORE Center. She has expanded the Peer Educator program for CORE Center Consumers and has implemented a Partner Services Program in HIV Primary Care Settings.
