Steven S. Bailey, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of HIV Care Services within the Division of Disease Prevention at the Virginia Department of Health (VDH). He holds a MSW from Virginia Commonwealth University and has held several previous positions within HIV/AIDS, clinical social work, and mental health counseling. He has also held several previous positions within VDH including Assistant Director for HIV Care Services.
