Alicia Downes has been a Social Worker for 18 years, exclusively in HIV since 1999. She is the Peer Education Training Site Program Manager for the Missouri AIDS Alliance People to People Project, manages an HIV Peer Program at Kansas City Free Health Clinic and has completed numerous presentations at national conferences.
