Amelia Khalil received a Master’s Degree from Slippery Rock University. She is the Senior Contract Officer and Quality Manager at Northern Virginia Regional Commission. She has over 15 years of experience working with various Ryan White programs and a clinical trainer for the Virginia AETC. She is the capacity building team leader for the DC EMA Cross Part QM Collaborative.
