Evelyn Bradley,Ph.D.

Dr. Bradley has over 40 years of health care project management experience with hospitals, HMOs, and consulting firms. Her most recent work includes five years with the Baltimore-Towson Ryan White program, two years supporting the Greater Baltimore HIV Health Services Planning Council and three years of client-level data, clinical quality management, and health literacy initiatives for the Baltimore-Towson EMA. She has presented on health literacy before 15 provider and consumer groups in the Baltimore area, including the Johns Hopkins annual HIV clincal update, and has been a presenter on three NQC Webinars, and at the most recent national Part D meeting. Her doctorate is from the University of California at Los Angeles School of Public Health, with a focus on health care information systems. She is developing health literacy initiatives as part of her National Quality Center Fellowship.
