Dr. Gillani has a PhD in Economics with a special concentration on Econometrics and computer programming. She was primary architect of the Immunology Center database, a custom data warehouse serving research, quality improvement and reporting functions for the Miriam Hospital Part B,C and D program. She has worked closely with HRSA in the development client level data reporting capabilities and has been a key figure in the planning for migration to an electronic medical record for the part C program. She is a key member of the Immunology Center Quality Improvement Committee and provides key data analysis and information management support to quality improvement and research activities throughout the organization.
