Mr. Oldham has nearly two decades of service and a personal commitment to the fight against HIV/AIDS. He currently leads a dynamic movement of people living with HIV/AIDS as President and CEO of the National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA-US). Mr. Oldham’s stature and relationships in the field, developed over more than 25 years of his personal and professional involvement in the fight against AIDS, have contributed to NAPWA’s ability to forge strong working partnerships with diverse organizations and individuals in the public and private sectors. Mr. Oldham’s extensive experience – ranging from managing the implementation of HIV prevention programs for high-risk groups, leadership of multiple CBOs and ASOs, and oversight of HIV community planning processes – has generated extensive demand for his technical services and contributions.
