Rodney McCoy has spent more than 25 years professionally in HIV Prevention. Mr. McCoy is currently is a Program Manager with the National Association of People with AIDS (NAPWA). As Program Manager, he oversees the work of the Bayard Rustin Project (a community mobilization project that increases access to HIV testing for Black Gay and Bisexual men in Washington, DC), and the Consumer Advocacy Project (CAP, which links HIV-infected individuals back into primary care and referrals for supportive services).
